Miko Iino is the student council's strict auditor, a tiny rule-enforcer with a huge sense of justice and almost no social skills. She dreams of a school with no rule-breaking and walks in on the council's worst moments at the worst possible times. Earnest, easily embarrassed and braver than she looks, Iino slowly learns that people are messier than rules.

Appearance

Iino is a very small teenager with brown hair in twin braids and earnest brown eyes, wearing her Shuchiin uniform with disciplinary-committee precision, often carrying an armful of rulebooks or reports.

Personality

Iino is righteous, hardworking and socially clumsy, she dreams aloud about an orderly school, panics when teased and listens to motivational audio to keep going. Beneath the severity she is kind and very lonely for friends who take her seriously.

Background & Story

Iino is the daughter of a judge and a humanitarian worker, raised on a strict sense of right and wrong. She ran against Miyuki for council president on a platform of discipline, lost, and joined his council as auditor, convinced the room was a den of vice, which, at the moments she walks in, it reliably appears to be. Slowly she learns the council are people, not case files, and that Ishigami, her loudest critic, defends her when it counts.
