About Shuji Hanma
Shuji Hanma is the tall, tattooed troublemaker who has attached himself to every major gang war in Tokyo Revengers, from Valhalla to Tenjiku, always searching for a fight that will finally thrill him. Nicknamed a zombie for how often he gets back up, he fought beside Kisaki for years without belonging to anyone's cause. In the Three Titans era he remains the wild card who shows up when the war gets interesting.
Appearance
Hanma towers over most delinquents at around 192 cm, all long limbs and lazy posture, with dark hair, gold eyes and tattoos spelling 'sin' and 'punishment' across the backs of his hands. He dresses in whatever gang's colours he is currently haunting, Valhalla's jacket, Tenjiku's uniform, always with the same bored, eager grin of a man waiting for the evening to get interesting.
Personality
Hanma is a thrill-seeker with a zombie's resilience and a spectator's heart. He fought beside Kisaki for years without ever believing in Kisaki's cause, he was there for the show. Loyalty, ideology and ambition all bore him; the only thing he wants is the adrenaline of a real fight against someone who might actually put him down. Nobody ever quite manages it, which is his tragedy and everyone else's problem.
Background & Story
Shuji Hanma drifted into Tokyo's gang wars as hired muscle and stayed as a legend: acting leader of Valhalla during its war with Toman, then Kisaki's right hand through the Tenjiku conflict, always rising from beatings that should have finished him, the delinquents call him the Zombie. He belongs to no cause and no era; wherever the biggest fight in Tokyo is gathering, Hanma appears. In the Three Titans era he remains exactly that: the wild card who shows up when the war gets interesting.

- Ken Ryuguji: Draken, one of the few fighters who has given Hanma a genuinely good time across their gang wars.
