Takashi Mitsuya is the Second Division Captain of the Tokyo Manji Gang, a silver-haired fighter who raised his two little sisters while building a name as both a delinquent and a gifted clothing designer. Calm where other captains are wild, Mitsuya is Toman's craftsman and conscience. In the Three Titans era he stands with Takemichi's generation as they face a Tokyo carved up by Brahman, Rokuhara Tandai and Mikey's Kanto Manji Gang.
Appearance
Mitsuya is a slim teenager of about 170 cm with silver-lilac hair and calm, tired eyes that make him look like the oldest person in any room. He wears Toman's uniform neatly and carries himself without swagger. The detail everyone remembers is the uniform itself: Mitsuya designed and sewed Toman's original uniforms, and his own fits like a tailor made it, because one did.
Personality
Mitsuya is Toman's craftsman and conscience: calm where other captains are wild, responsible where they are reckless. He raised his sisters Luna and Mana almost single-handedly while their mother worked, and that home life built his code, a delinquent who cannot take care of his family is just a thug. He fights hard when fighting is needed and talks first whenever talking can work.

At home he is a parent in all but name to his two little sisters; at school and in the design world he is a talented young fashion designer whose skill with a needle is famous among his friends. He made Toman's first uniforms by hand. In the Three Titans era he stands with Takemichi's generation as Tokyo is carved up between Brahman, Rokuhara Tandai and Mikey's Kanto Manji Gang, one of the old guard whose loyalty to the original Toman's ideals has never moved.
