Ramiris

About Ramiris

Ramiris is the tiny fairy queen who runs the great Dungeon beneath Tempest, one of the oldest beings in the world despite her childlike size and energy. She creates labyrinths, golems and endless mischief, and treats Rimuru like a favourite toy. Her ancient knowledge and her dungeon make her far more important than her height suggests.

Appearance

Ramiris is a tiny fairy small enough to sit on a shoulder, with blonde hair, translucent wings and the bright, elaborate dress of a self-declared queen. She hovers, darts and poses constantly, trailing sparkles and announcements. Her size is a poor guide to her nature: she is a fallen ancient spirit queen, and the Dungeon she controls is one of the most dangerous places in the world.

Personality

Ramiris is energetic, theatrical and mischievous, with the attention span of a child and the knowledge of an age-old being. She treats world-shaking events as entertainment and Rimuru as her favourite toy, but her playfulness is not foolishness. Ramiris helped stop Milim's ancient rampage, maintains the balance between spirits and demons, and her Dungeon gives Tempest both protection and income. Being underestimated is, for her, a feature.

Background & Story

Ramiris is one of the world's oldest beings, a former queen of the spirits who fell, shrank and cycles through reincarnation in miniature form. In the distant past she stood with Guy Crimson to calm the rampaging young Milim, an act that cost her much of her power. In the present she lives in the Dwelling of the Elementals until Rimuru builds her a new home: the Dungeon, a vast hundred-floor labyrinth beneath Tempest where she creates golems, manages floor bosses and torments adventurers for fun and profit.

Powers & Abilities

• Labyrinth creation: Ramiris can create and reshape labyrinth spaces, the power behind Tempest's hundred-floor Dungeon.
• Golem crafting: She builds and animates golems, including the Dungeon's guardians and her own oversized 'defence systems'.
• Ancient spirit knowledge: As one of the oldest beings alive, she holds lore about spirits, Demon Lords and the world's earliest age.

Key Relationships

• Rimuru Tempest: Her favourite person and landlord, he built her Dungeon, and she repays him in chaos and loyalty.
• Milim Nava: An ancient acquaintance whose childhood rampage Ramiris helped stop, at great cost to her own power.
• Veldora Tempest: A fellow ancient being who later takes up residence in her Dungeon, to mutual delight and everyone else's dread.
