Charon is a White-Clad commander and one of Fire Force's most frightening fighters: a pyrokinetic who absorbs the kinetic energy of every blow and returns it as explosions. Huge and gleefully violent, he hunts the Pillars with a zealot's joy, yet his devotion to the children he captures is completely sincere. Charon is the cult's paradox: a monster who believes, with his whole heart, that he is a saviour.
Appearance
Charon is a gigantic man, bald and massively muscled, with tribal-style markings across his scalp and the white-and-gold garb of the White-Clad worn over a body built like a siege weapon. He grins constantly, in greeting, in combat, in devotion, a huge, joyful, frightening smile that never seems to leave his face for long.
Personality
Charon is gleefully violent and utterly sincere, which makes him one of the cult's most frightening members. He believes in the Evangelist's salvation with his whole enormous heart: the Pillars he hunts are, to him, children being rescued, and he guards the ones in his care with a father's ferocity. He loves a good fight, hates being ignored, and experiences no doubt whatsoever, the cult's paradox made flesh: a monster who is certain he is a saviour.

Charon serves the Evangelist as a commander of the White-Clad, the cult working to gather the Pillars, children who bear the Adolla Burst, and ignite a second Great Cataclysm. His second-generation ability makes him nearly unstoppable in open battle: every strike against him becomes fuel. He is assigned as guardian and hunter of the Pillars, and his path collides with Company 8 wherever the cult's children are concerned, a kidnapper who believes, sincerely and terribly, that he is the safest pair of hands in the world.
