Biscuit Krueger

About Biscuit Krueger

Biscuit Krueger, usually called Bisky, is a veteran Hunter who looks like a young girl but is actually a powerhouse in her fifties. Hired inside the game Greed Island, she becomes Gon and Killua's strict teacher, pushing their Nen training with drills, jokes and sudden terrifying strength. Shrewd and playful, she loves gems, clever strategy and seeing her students grow far stronger than they believed possible.

Appearance

In her usual form Bisky appears as a petite young girl with blonde hair in twin tails, big pink eyes and frilly dresses, a look she maintains deliberately because she hates her real appearance. Her true form is the opposite: a towering, massively muscular woman with a strong jaw, standing over two metres of pure power. She switches between the two as the situation demands, and the shock of the reveal is a weapon in itself. Either way, her obsession with gems and cute things stays constant.

Personality

Bisky is shrewd, playful and vain about her cute form, with a veteran's eye for talent and a con artist's comfort with lying, she initially follows Gon and Killua in Greed Island planning to use them. Teaching, though, is her real joy: she is a brilliant, merciless trainer who diagnoses weaknesses instantly and drills them away with jokes, traps and sudden terrifying demonstrations. She believes in polishing gems, as she calls promising students, and her affection for her two pupils becomes completely genuine.

Background & Story

Biscuit Krueger passed the Hunter Exam at seventeen and has spent forty years mastering Nen, earning two stars and a reputation as one of the finest trainers alive, she taught Wing, who taught Gon and Killua their basics. She enters the game Greed Island hunting a rare gem that exists only inside it, and crosses paths with Gon and Killua, whose raw talent and terrible fundamentals she cannot resist fixing. As their master she rebuilds their Nen from the ground up in weeks of brutal training, then continues with them through the game's endgame, becoming the closest thing the boys have to a grandmother in the Hunter world.
