About Aira Shiratori
Aira Shiratori is the prettiest, most popular girl at school, convinced she was chosen to protect the world from evil. After a golden ball and a tragic yokai change her life, she gains the powers of Acrobatic Silky and joins Momo's group. Vain and dramatic but genuinely brave, Aira is also Momo's loudest rival for Okarun's heart.
Appearance
Aira is a beautiful girl with long light-pink hair, usually topped with a small bow, and a polished, idol-like presentation that makes her the acknowledged queen of her school. She dresses carefully and carries herself like someone always on stage. Once she gains Acrobatic Silky's power, her look gains a wild edge in battle, hair whipping out like silk ribbons, her graceful schoolgirl poise turning into a dancer's deadly spins.
Personality
Aira is vain, dramatic and utterly convinced of her own specialness, she narrates her life like a chosen heroine's. Underneath the performance she is brave, loyal and more insecure than she admits: being genuinely needed by the group matters to her. Her rivalry with Momo is loud and constant, but it is also, increasingly, a friendship neither of them will name.
Background & Story
Aira was the most popular girl at school, adored and quietly convinced she had been chosen for something special. Finding one of the mysterious golden balls, and a fateful encounter with the yokai Acrobatic Silky, turned her life upside down: she gained Silky's powers and a place in Momo's chaotic circle. Becoming part of the group's battles forced Aira to grow past her vanity. She remains dramatic and self-important, but she now risks herself for other people for real, and wages open war with Momo for Okarun's heart.
