Story & Plot
The idea at the centre of this series is simple and strange. A man dies in our world and wakes up in a fantasy world, not as a hero, but as a sword. He is a sentient blade, able to think, speak and move, and he takes the name Teacher.
His wielder is Fran, a young girl of the Black Cat tribe. She takes him up, and the two set out together. Fran fights to grow stronger and to evolve, and Teacher guides her as her partner and mentor, sharing what he knows and learning the world alongside her.
Season 2 picks up their travels with the pair still side by side. New faces join the road ahead, among them Jean du Vix and Lich, and from episode 6 the journey turns toward the Seedrun Arc, which carries the story through to the end of the season.
