Finn Ames
Finn Ames is a supporting character in Mashle: Magic and Muscles, Mash Burnedead's roommate at Easton Magic Academy and his first friend there. A gentle, easily frightened student among elite wizards, he sticks by Mash through the Divine Visionary exams. He is voiced by Reiji Kawashima in Japanese.
About Finn Ames
Finn Ames is Mash Burnedead's roommate at Easton Magic Academy and the first friend Mash makes there. Finn is an ordinary, kind hearted student in a school full of prodigies, and he spends much of his time worrying, sensibly, about the chaos that follows Mash everywhere. His loyalty keeps him standing next to Mash anyway, even when every instinct tells him to run.
Appearance
Finn is a slim, ordinary looking boy with soft, messy light hair and a worried expression that rarely leaves his face. He wears the standard black robes of Easton Magic Academy, and next to his dramatic classmates he looks exactly like what he is: a normal student in an abnormal school.
Personality
Finn is gentle, anxious and kind to a fault. He panics easily, expects the worst, and is usually right to. But when a friend is in trouble his feet move before his fear does, and his quiet decency makes him the emotional centre of Mash's group.
Background & Story
Finn arrived at Easton as an unremarkable student and was assigned to share a room with the new boy, Mash Burnedead. Rooming with Mash turned his quiet school life into a front row seat for the strangest first year in the academy's history, from entrance exam chaos to the Divine Visionary selection tests. Finn stays in the fight beside his friends, even though he would be the first to admit he is out of his depth.
Key Relationships
- Mash Burnedead: His roommate and closest friend at Easton. Finn worries about Mash constantly and backs him completely, in roughly that order.
- Lance Crown: A classmate Finn finds intimidating, one of the elite students whose level Finn measures himself against.
