Appearance

Sein is a man in his late twenties or so with messy light-brown hair, a lazy grin and the relaxed posture of someone perpetually unbothered. He wears a priest's white robes, but his manners, a drink in hand, cards on the table, jokes at the ready, constantly betray the cloth. He looks like an older brother who wandered into the party by accident, which is more or less how he behaves, right up until someone is cursed and he suddenly becomes the most competent person present.

Personality

Sein is easy-going, funny and far wiser than his habits suggest. He reads people's hearts the way other priests read scripture, and his advice lands because it is honest rather than holy. He drinks, gambles and teases, but he is also the first to sit up all night with someone who is hurting. His own regret, staying in the village too long, waiting, makes his counsel to the young travellers quietly personal.
