Don

About Don

Don is one of the oldest boys at Grace Field House, hot-headed, loyal and the strongest of the children. He joins the escape plan late and feels its secrets personally, but when it matters, Don's courage and strength carry the younger children. After the escape, he becomes one of the group's dependable older brothers in the outside world.

Appearance

Don is a tall, sturdy boy for his age with dark skin, short dark hair and an open, expressive face. He wears the white Grace Field uniform and moves with a physical confidence the smaller children look up to.

Personality

Don feels everything loudly, anger, grief and joy alike. He is brave and protective, sometimes reckless, and he hates being kept in the dark by people he trusts. Once he commits to the escape, his loyalty never wavers.
