Story & Plot
Mizu is a samurai on a quest, and Season 1 set that quest in motion. It premiered on Netflix on 3 November 2023 and introduced the people tied to her journey, among them Akemi, Taigen and Ringo, whose own paths keep crossing hers.
In Season 2, the quest leaves Japan. In Netflix's official logline, Mizu's quest continues in London, where she faces new friends, old foes and her own demons. It is a bigger stage for the same personal mission, and it takes her far from everything she knows.
