Rikou Takitsubo

About Rikou Takitsubo

Rikou Takitsubo is ITEM's tracker, an esper who can read the AIM fields given off by other espers and follow them like a trail. Quiet and sleepy-eyed, she is the reason ITEM can find people who do not want to be found. She is voiced by Aya Suzaki in Japanese, reprising her role from the earlier series.
